This is the closest thing I could find. I know it’s not what you want but in order for your toffee to become like candy, it does need to baked. Didn’t see any way around it. Sorry. I made something like this once, and it was tasty but a big gooey mess. Once your toffee mixture is melted, you have to work fast because it hardens so fast and not in a good way.
