			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>When I was a child, a family member made this candy every Christmas, but I can&#8217;t find the recipe now.  I believe crunched up candy canes were mixed in with melted white chocolate and it was poured out on a cookie sheet (like peanut brittle) to harden up.  Not sure if anything else was mixed in with it.  Does anyone have a similar recipe for this?  It was yummy!

Thanks!  <img src='http://www.bestcandyrecipe.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />   I found one online but it actually used WHITE CHOCOLATE!  I figured that&#8217;s a no-no and thought i&#8217;d see who&#8217;s got good ideas &#8211; carob &#8211; i&#8217;ll have to try that.</p>

<p>Lovely cheese fudge recipes with white chocolate and orange extract. This fudge is very easy to make and taste superb. This recipe yield: 1 &#8211; 8&#215;8 inch.<br />

2 pounds white chocolate, melted<br />
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese<br />
6 cups confectioners&#8217; sugar<br />
1 tablespoon orange extract<br />

Directions:</strong><br />
Beat cream cheese into melted chocolate until well blended. Beat in confectioner&#8217;s sugar until mixture is smooth. Stir in orange extract. Spread in an 8&#215;8 inch dish and let set before cutting into squares. Store in refrigerator.</p>
