coming Christmas season but im in tight budget so i am limiting my just with few ingredients.

cocoa powder
condensed milk
sugar
flour
oatmeal
(butter, vanilla)

or any suggestions of a simple recipe muffin, cupcake or candies for christmas holidays. thanks so much!
