To Make Sugar Free Candy

Sugarless  Bars

If you want to make sugar free candy these bars are perfect.They are loaded with raisins, bananas, dates and nuts which gives you all that energy you need to cope with your day. Perfect for weight watchers, diabetics or for you who want to eat healthier for a better life.

Ingredients:

3 bananas, mashed
2 eggs
1/3 c. Saffola
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. soda
2 c. old-fashioned rolled oats
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped dates
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions:

Combine flour, and spices, mixing well; set aside.  Cream bananas, eggs, saffola, buttermilk, and vanilla, blending well.

Add dry ingredients, then add dates, nuts and oats.  Pout into greased 9×13 inch baking pan.  Bake in 325 degree oven for about 25 minutes or until done.
