Hey JimboJitsu, hope all is well. You might want to try Micheal’s or a specialty store for cake decorating and candy making. But remember, the bar needs no mold lol. Just make it, refrigerate it, and eat it!

  6. CookingWithCarolyn says:

Hey Egiggles, it is easy to make and even easier to eat. lol

This is very pretty and easy to do. I made chocolates like that for chanukah one year. Very easy to do. Actually, I took milk chocolate creme de menth chocolate candies, melted them one by one in the microwave and carefully put them in molds. Very well received.

  8. JimboJitsu says:

ah, well no white chocolate for me then…
Would milk and dark chocolate work instead?
You keep this up and I may never buy another candy bar!

  9. CookingWithCarolyn says:

Of course you can use dark and milk chocolate! The contrast would be good and not too sweet. Oh, you can also add some mini marshmallows for a “rocky road” effect…mmmm!

I have some of those candy mold and I make chocolates for valentine’s day every year. It’s really easy on the pockets and even easier to make. Good Video!!!

  13. Luvanicebum says:

wait…why don’t you just eat the belgian chocolate?

  14. CookingWithCarolyn says:

You can! But melting it down and adding other flavors makes it even MORE interesting. Marshmallows, nuts, raisins, liquers… The candy stores do it and charge a small mint. You can do it too! :)

    i love this vid
you do know those molds are chocolate lollipop molds, right> thats what the long thing indent is for, the stick
it doesn’t mstter, you can use it the way you did, but yeah

  20. CookingWithCarolyn says:

@PopTVTeacher Thanks for watching! Yeah I am quite aware that they are chocolate lollipop molds, but they have a dual purpose… with or without a stick. That’s why I made some earlier to show how they would turn out. In addition, I really wanted to show how you don’t even need a mold and make the easy chocolate bark with your favorite toppings! Uuuum :) No worries, there are no mistakes when making chocolate candy!
