    this looks absolutely delicious! i am sort of domestically challenged, looks a little bit out of my league, but i might try it! :) do you let it cool after putting it in the cups or put it in the fridge?

    Yes, I completely forgot to mention that you allow it to cool in the fridge after putting it in the cups. :) )

    Yum! Sadly we have no double cream in America, the Brits haven’t taught our dairy industry that yet….at least not available at the average grocers, but we do have whipping cream. I didn’t realize that there were so many different kinds of cream until I went to England!! Clotted cream! Yum! I have found that here, but it’s too expensive for me!
