well this is Chinese Milk Candy..
Ingredients
2 (12 ounce) packages butterscotch chips
1 (5 ounce) package crunchy chinese noodles
7 ounces salted peanuts
Directions
1 Melt butterscotch chips in heavy saucepan over low heat.
2 Fold in peanuts and chinese noodles until coated.
3 Drop by tablespoon onto waxed paper.
4 Let stand in cool place until firm.
