I live in Maui, and we don’t have that many stores, I looked at Safeway and some other stores. I’ve had cotton candy ice cream from Baskin Robbins, but when I looked on their site, they didn’t have it. My bithday is coming up, and I wanted to have cottton candy ice cream for my party. Can anyone help me?

My girlfriend and I are putting together several holiday treat filled baskets for Christmas gifts. So far we are making the following:Cranberry Almond Biscotti, Chocolate-covered Oreo cookie "suckers" and creamy Lemon bars.
We would really like to make the baskets with a variety of contrasting flavors and textures.
Can anyone suggest anything else…ESPECIALLY a good and simple hard candy recipe. Good ideas for how to "dress up" classic(cookie sheet style) hard candies would also be of great help.
Recipe for Caramel Candy Balls: 1/2c cashews 1/2c almonds 1/2c pecans 1/2c medjool dates 1 tsp vanilla flavour or 1/2 vanilla bean 1/4tsp each nutmeg and cinnamon Blend or process until smooth, depending on your appliance. Add 2 tbsp water near the end, and the fat from the nuts should pool and you can drain it off to be used in recipes requiring oil. Roll into balls and refridgerate a few hours to harden. I am trying to make homemade fudge candy but for some reason my sugar is not dissolving and my candy is not getting hard. Does anyone have a good fudge recipe I can make for Christmas that is not sugary and that will get hard when cooled?
